The Apis Hotel and Restaurant is pleased to announce that Chef Laura Piper of One North Kitchen & Bar will be joining us as a GUEST CHEF for MASTERS OF THE GRILL on The Apis Rooftop on August 28th!
Laura is an accomplished chef and restaurant owner, having been thrice named named to the Best Chefs America list, and earning a spot for One North Kitchen on the Michelin-recommend list in 2013.
Chef Piper also spent time at the helm of Mangia Trattoria here in Kenosha ♥️
This year’s event will feature a 5-course meal with wine pairings & a charity auction to benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
