Late nights in the garage. 👌🏽 So, I installed the pushrods and rockers in the engine yesterday. I used new trunion upgraded rockers and thicker 7.4 pushrods. It is fairly straight forward, unfortunately I didn't get to record it. Simply place the pushrods into the heads on the lifters pushing them down so that the pushrods "push" the lifters down to make contact with the camshaft. Once they are in, you place the rockers over top with the rocker arm covers, and holding the pushrods with the rockers you bolt them down. I put a good amount of loctite on these bolts so that they hold well and so that there wouldn't be any air escaping the heads from the port job done. Torque them down to 22 ft/lbs I believe. Then simply place the valve covers on with their gasket of course and you are good to go the engine rebuild is complete. 🍻 Cheers

Hello everyone, the engine bay was prepped and ready for paint. I bought an awesome color for the bay to pop, but will not be painting it legit... until the whole swap is complete and ready to run. So I can then pull one last time for the finishing touches with the final coats of paint. For now my good friend Mike Rod gave it a coat of primer for the mean time. Cheers 🍻
