Just get right back into it babes!
Zoom out - progress is built over months and YEARS, not undone in a weekend.
What not to do rn:
- slash your calories or cut out entire food groups
- punish yourself with brutal back to back workouts
- label the weekend as a failure or reason to start over
- letting one holiday define your consistency or your worth.
What to do instead:
- get back to normal eating
- move in a way that feels good - not to punish
- talk to yourself like someone you love
The guilt spiral is the real enemy here.
And if you’re tired of riding the restrict-indulge-guilt rollercoaster and want a way out for good - click the link in my bio to learn about sustainably snatched! I have 1 spot left for a July start and then my books close until August!
NOT macro friendly Oreo cake 😂👇
I calculated the numbers for funsies 😅 if you cut this cake into very small 16 pieces each piece is about 650 cals 🤷♀️
Make this for a special occasion - maybe not something you eat every day on a fat loss journey lol
Ingredients:
2 packages of Oreos
1 stick of margarine
3/4 gallon of vanilla or cookies and cream ice cream
1 jar of caramel sauce
1 jar of Hershey’s chocolate sauce
1 container of cool whip
9x13 dish
Directions:
1. Crush the Oreos and mix with margarine - spread at bottom of the 9x13 dish and freeze for 30 minutes
2. Slice ice cream and place on crust
3. Pour on Hershey’s syrup and caramel sauce (could do less to make this less calories 😅😂)
4. Freeze for at least 30 minutes
5. Spread on container of cool whip
6. Slice into 12-16 pieces for your party and enjoy!
