PIRH was created by Christine Jeffers so if you need help treating an injury or you want to get started feeling better by working out and eating healthy Christine can help. She is taking new clients in the West Loop at a great private gym, Precision Human Performance, (you don't have to be a member to train with her ) and also at in home fitness centers.

Fall 2014 Newsletter - Post Injury Rehab Helper Myopathic gait (or waddling gait) is a form of gait abnormality. The "waddling" can be due to the weakness of the proximal muscles of the pelvic girdle. Circumduction is used to compensate for gluteal weakness.
