🎨 The State of the Arts Convening on Wednesday, April 29 created space for an honest and energizing conversation—informed by the latest State of the Arts findings for Chicago Public Schools.
The conversation reflected a system in motion, where progress is happening and opportunities to strengthen access and partnerships continue.

Today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone: 10 years at Ingenuity with our amazing Operations Manager, Tash Fouch! 🎉
For the past decade, Tash has been a steady force behind the scenes, helping keep our organization running smoothly and ensuring our team has what we need to advance equity in arts education across Chicago. Her dedication, problem-solving, and commitment have made a lasting impact on our staff, our partners, and the communities we serve.
Tash’s work may often happen behind the scenes, but its impact is felt in every part of our mission. We are deeply grateful for her leadership, care, and ten years of excellence.
