The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is shaking up everyday lives. Chicago Design Network is taking preventative measures to help slow the spread of the virus. While the epidemic continues to change the way we live and work, we are equipped to remain fully operational.

PLAN IN ACTION:
· All employees are set up to work remotely and have autonomy to work from home as needed. You can find employee contact information on our website.
· Our nimble project teams have strategies and processes in place to ensure that we deliver projects on time and on budget.
· We are equipped with video and web-call software as an alternative to face-to-face meetings.
· We are minimizing travel plans to help slow the spread of the disease.

We will continue to monitor guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) and implement proper measures as they develop. Every effort to contain the virus and slow the spread saves lives.
