I haven’t posted on insta in a while but it’s time to get back at it! lost my dear sister-in-law in December and it’s been a rough road for us all - especially my brother and my nieces. We all went on vacation together in April so we had something to look forward to. The void of Kari not being there was with each and every one of us. But one beautiful sunny day when we were on the beach, the gorgeous rainbow you see in this photo appeared and hung around for a half an hour. We all knew it was Kari and felt it in our hearts. Mother’s Day was another tough one but looking back at this photo reminds me that while she’s not here in person, she’s very much still alive and with us every day. -

The big day is almost here for Sara + Corbitt! Es**rt cards and name tags out the door yesterday. And while I know the background to my photo isn’t overly “holiday-ish”, it’s because it’s a painting created by my 11 year old son that says “LOVE”. How appropriate! If you look through my photos, you’ll see his artwork as my backgrounds occasionally.
