We specialize in out-patient orthopedics , chronic pain, wellness and geriatrics. We have a convenient location, right in the heart of the West Rogers Park neighborhood and have easy access parking. Our therapists have wide ranging expertise and give individualized attention. We work with you one on one throughout your treatment. We accept Private Insurance, Medicare and private pay. Please come and enjoy the warm atmosphere. We offer a free ten minute initial screening.
