Submit a 50th Anniversary Philanthropy Awards Nomination

For 50 years, AFP Chicago has honored the committed, passionate individuals and corporations who work on behalf of the nonprofit organizations that our chapter serves. The Philanthropy Awards recognize the outstanding achievements of these individuals, foundations and corporate philanthropists, fundraising volunteers, and fundraising executives, who exemplify the philanthropic spirit of our city.

As in past years, the 2026 award categories include:
- Distinguished Philanthropist
- Emerging Philanthropist
- Executive Leader
- Professional Grantor
- Outstanding Community Leader
- Outstanding Volunteer
- Benjamin Franklin
- Outstanding Youth in Philanthropy

The honorees selected will receive their awards at the 50th Anniversary Philanthropy Awards luncheon on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at the Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park. Deadline for submission is 11:59pm on Sunday, May 31.
