Sunshine Through Golf is back!
We are proud to partner with the CDGA and Special Olympics Chicago by coaching their adult athletes, giving them the chance to learn and enjoy golf in a supportive and inclusive environment. Through this 4-week program, participants build confidence, social skills, coordination, and friendships, all while being introduced to the game of golf and the values that come with it!

SCHOOL SPOTLIGHT: Keller Regional Gifted Center

Located on Chicago’s Southwest Side, Keller Regional Gifted Center has been an important part of our First Tee Greater Chicago story for years. Our partnership with Keller first began from 2017–2020 and helped shape so much of the school outreach programming we administer today.

What started as an in-school program grew into a four-week session at our Harborside Youth Learning Center, creating meaningful opportunities for students to take what they were learning in the classroom out onto the course.

We were excited to return to Keller and reconnect with the school, continuing to build on the strong foundation that was created through our original partnership.

A special thank you to Principal Charles A. Dunbar, Assistant Principal Peter Davis, PE Teacher Mr. Kevin Reed, and volunteer assistant Angela Feliciano de Diaz for being such strong champions of bringing First Tee programming to their students!
