YPN Chapter 17 is excited to officially launch two new Employee Resource Groups: the Disability Community ERG and the Women’s Leadership ERG!

These ERGs are designed to create meaningful connection, support, advocacy, and professional growth opportunities for YMCA professionals across our chapter. We are currently looking for members interested in joining either group and helping build strong, inclusive communities together.
