The details in this River North loft are the ones most people walk right past.... which obviously means they are our favorite kind.

That custom fluted glass barn door to the guest suite was one of the best calls we made. Open and beautiful when the room is not in use, private enough when it is... and the perfect vignette right off the bar area.

Every material in the bedroom was chosen to soften the industrial edge without apologizing for it. Silver silk wallpaper, a oversized wool rug, luxe linen drapery.

Subtle where it needed to be, and bold where it counted. 🤍
