Last week, IPP attorneys Ali Mahmood and Ingrid Hofeldt led a workshop on best practices for defense testimony, hosted by our friends at Prison and Neighborhood Arts/Education Project

They discussed advice for speaking on behalf of someone’s release in clemency and parole hearings, and the rights and the risks of refusing to testify.
