This incident sounds very similar to the crash landing of Emirates Flight EK 521 from Thiruvananthapuram, India to Dubai, United Arab Emirates on August 3, 2016. Wisner Law Firm filed suit on behalf of injured passengers against Boeing in Chicago.
A Turkish Airlines Boeing 737 crashed off the runway when its front wheels collapsed during a bad weather landing The Boeing 737-800 aircraft suffered damage to its nose as a result of the accident, although no passengers or crew were injured.
