Here is writer H.V. Cramond in her element -- communing with nature!

This summer, join H.V. for a unique class that blends exercise, meditation, and writing. Talk A Walk: Developing Your Writing Practice is a four-session in-person class that will get you out of your head and up on your feet. Writers will meet at StoryStudio and get their blood pumping with a walk (outside if weather permits) and a short meditation. We will then get down to work back at the studio. Prompts will be provided to help you start a new piece or to continue work on your current project. We’ll check in at the end of class to share our writing plans for the week. Students will come away from this class with a plan to build a regular, sustainable writing practice. All genres and levels are welcome.
