We're hiring! Genesys Works Chicago is looking for part-time Summer Trainers in Accounting & Finance and Business Technology to join our team this June.

Each summer, we welcome incoming high school seniors from Chicago's underserved communities into an intensive 6-week training program that prepares them for corporate internships and launches them into professional careers. Our trainers are the first spark in that journey.

If you have a background in accounting, finance, or IT and a passion for working with young people, we'd love to hear from you. Teachers looking to keep inspiring students over the summer break — this opportunity was made for you.

This is a hybrid, part-time role running mid-June through early August 2026, with a pay range of $35–$50/hour.
