What an inspiring morning at the Find Hope Franklin Mental Health Summit this past Friday!

We were honored to be part of this meaningful community event focused on hope, connection, and mental wellness.

Our founder, Ben Zobrist, shared a powerful keynote on finding identity and purpose beyond performance — reminding us that true strength starts within.

Our Executive Director, John Harrison, joined the “Resilience in Action” panel alongside Dr. Kristen Gilliland and Josiah Holland, offering practical ways families, schools, and teams can build emotional resilience together.

Today’s a reminder that mental health matters — on and off the field.

At Champion Forward, we’re helping teenage athletes, parents, and coaches talk about feelings, stay resilient, and support each other through every win and loss.

Through our growing Ambassador Program and soon to be released Training System, we’re making it easier for the sports community to open up, connect, and put mental well-being first.

Together, we are creating a healthier mental and emotional sports experience for everyone.

What a day at Wrigley! ⚾️ Grateful for the incredible group that came out for A Day at Wrigley with Champion Forward last Friday! More than just a fun day at the ballpark — it was about building community, sharing our mission, and championing a better future for sports through mental and emotional well-being.
