Introducing our newest permanent supportive housing project: Bright Path ☀️

As one of our core strategies to breaking cycles of homelessness, our Permanent Supportive Housing program offers long-term affordable housing and personalized case management to our neighbors leaving homelessness. Bright Path will provide 40 new homes for Facing Forward clients, including 20 families. We are thrilled to continue supporting our clients and growing our mission through programs like Bright Path!
