UPDATE TO MURDER OF CPD:

We finally got our hands on court documents that explain how Alphanso Talley got the gun he used to kill a CPD officer, and severely injure his partner. I've attached a screenshot explaining the situation. He was concealing the weapon the entire time, since he was arrested for committing a crime earlier that day.
