Some recent specials we hope y’all had a chance to partake of 🥰 this weekend is the last weekend for strawberry shortcake, we’ll also have soft shell crab and Wild Striped bass from NC 💕✨
1) Tempura soft shell crab, sweet chili cucumber salad with candied peanuts, bene, and werp farm tat soi, pho herbs, Viet Cajun gastrique (fish sauce, lime, Tabasco, Cajun seasoning, kecap manis)
2) cast iron-seared Florida red snapper, parsnip-creamed farro piccolo, local asparagus, wild chanterelles, strawberry sauce vierge
3) peppercorn New York strip with pommes dauphine, creamed mustards, chanterelle Sauce Diane
4) old Virginia fried steak ca. 1830, pork loin schnitzel, creamed Appalachian blue barley and Michigan peas, grilled spring onion, caramelized onion and Manzanilla Sherry gravy
5) cracked pepper and house ricotta biscuits, honey coriander butter, strawberry icebox jam
