With open arms, the R.I.G.H.T.E.O.U.S. RHO Chapter of Alpha Psi Lambda National, Inc. welcomes the Spring Equinox. Today the Sun heads north and crosses the equator line. As the Northern Hemisphere of the Earth starts to tilt more towards the Sun, we begin to have longer and warmer days.

The R.I.G.H.T.E.O.U.S. RHO Chapter of Alpha Psi Lambda National, Inc. celebrates Dama Domingo with Celia Cruz.

Celia Cruz was born Úrsula Hilaria Celia de la Caridad Cruz Alfonso. While born in Havana, Cuba, she was a naturalized Cuban-American singer and one of the most popular Latin artists of the 20th century. Cruz rose to fame in Cuba during the 1950s as a singer of guarachas, earning the nickname "La Guarachera de Cuba". Later on she became known internationally as the "Queen of Salsa" due to her contributions to Latin music.

Celia Cruz's achievements have been recognized with many honors and awards, including twenty-three gold albums, three Grammy Awards, four Latin Grammy Awards, and the President's National Medal of Arts.
