This past Pentecost Sunday, we had the incredible honor of celebrating the 25th Preaching Anniversary of our very own Pastor Tyrone McGowan. 🙌🏾🔥

For 25 years, Pastor McGowan has faithfully preached, taught, led, and served God’s people with passion, power, and purpose.

One of the most special moments of the celebration was honoring Rev. Gregory Payton, the very man who gave Pastor McGowan the opportunity to preach 25 years ago at his church. What a beautiful full-circle moment to witness them together again in celebration of a calling that has impacted so many lives. Years later, that same connection grew even deeper as Rev. Payton also welcomed Pastor McGowan into the brotherhood of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. 🖤💛

On a day commemorating the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, we celebrated a man who has spent decades pouring into others through preaching, teaching, and faithful leadership. Truly a powerful Pentecost Sunday to remember. 💜

To every mother, grandmother, bonus mom, spiritual mother, mentor, caregiver, and woman who nurtures with love — today, we honor you. 💐

Thank you for the sacrifices no one sees, the prayers whispered in quiet moments, the strength you carry daily, and the love that shapes generations. Your faith, wisdom, gentleness, and resilience leave a lasting impact on our families, our church, and our community.
