Alondra Ortiz and Jean Osorio are directors of Bomba group Afriktaal and cultural workers from Loíza, Puerto Rico, dedicated to preserving and sharing Afro-Puertorican traditions through movement, rhythm, and community engagement. Rooted in the rich cultural legacy of Loíza, their work reflects a deep commitment to honoring ancestral knowledge and strengthening black cultural identity through Bomba.
