Whew. WHAT a two weeks.
Somebody check the moon phases, because we just lived through a whirlwind we never want to repeat. But we’re coming out the other side and here’s the update:

Emails? Almost back to 100%. (If we missed you, we promise it wasn’t personal!! resend and we’ll get right back to you!).
Weddings? Back-to-back GORGEOUS. Mercury retrograde could never touch our couples.
The AC? FIXED. We are cool, calm, and collected once again.
Our amazing retail team? Out here making every delivery AND rolling out new product lines like the absolute rockstars they are.
Things are (mostly) back to normal, and we are so grateful for your patience through the chaos. Thank you for sticking with us. Now if you’ll excuse us we’ll be over here knocking on wood

Tech confession time!

Turns out our emails haven’t been sending since July 1st and thanks to the holiday weekend, we just assumed things were quiet. Tuesday we realized something was actually wrong, and after 2.5 days of calls with tech support (and a few very patient friends), our weird glitch is hopefully solved. We should be back up and running by tomorrow!

So if you’ve been waiting on an email from us - we promise, we sent it! It’s just been floating in the void. It may not hit your inbox or you might recieve a TON of emails all at once from us.
