Just a few announcements going into 2025

- When booking, deposits are due within 12 hours of booking. I’m no longer waiting around nor asking for it. Your appointment request will be canceled immediately.

- Read the confirmation text, everytime. Please do not assume you know what it says. All styles do not get the same confirmation text.

- Although already stated in the confirmation text, some people don’t care and decide to do it anyway. NO CHILDREN! Unless they are being serviced, It is a hassle and a lot of yall aren’t able to pay attention to your children like you think you will. Children get impatient, they don’t want to sit there for hours. You will be turned around. No exceptions. I am still in a working environment.

- When I ask that the hair be washed and blown out ready to braid, this has nothing to do with laziness. This is about time! Braids take hours and most people don’t like to sit that long. Ideally I would love to just start braiding but sometimes I still have to go over it with a blow dryer, which is fine because hair reverts. But to show up with air dried hair that was never even combed out is unacceptable! Please stop doing that. Now we’ve added an extra 30 mins to an hour of prep time, and your scalp is tender. I try to take as many clients as I’m able to and keep my prices reasonable but you have to help me help you!

- Starting January 1st, late fees will be back in effect. If YOU cannot make it at the time YOU scheduled yourself for, you will be charged a late fee. Please try to schedule accordingly. I would rather you contact me and ask if it’s ok to come early, rather than me sitting around waiting.

-Last but not least, The remaining balance for your appointment with any style over $100 will be due in CASH. I have to be strict on this, so please get your cash before your appointment.
