Here’s how to prep for your appointment & protect your results 👇
🪒 Shave before your appointment — don’t wax or pluck.
Laser targets the hair follicle. Waxing or plucking removes the follicle, meaning the treatment has nothing to target.
🧴 Skip self tanner and harsh skincare.
Avoid self-tanners, retinoids, strong exfoliants, and active acids in the days surrounding treatment to reduce the chance of skin irritation.
🏖 Protect your skin after treatment.
Avoid direct sun, hot tubs, intense workouts, and excessive heat for at least 24–48 hours, and wear SPF daily to protect treated skin.

After my in-depth initial appointments, series lab draws and weigh-ins and 2 months of wearing a blood-glucose monitor, I was given the tools to understand how my body uniquely operates, what vitamins I was deficient of, my muscle mass percentage, and the effect of sugar on my glucose levels
This led me to the necessary changes I had to make to not only look and feel better, but to improve my overall health, longevity, and disease prevention.
The changes I made included cutting out refined sugars, completely eliminating alcohol from my diet (personal choice that is paying in dividends!) added daily supplements, started a strength training regimen, and of course getting regular medical grade skin-care treatments.
