El rol de Mecánico es un rol muy importante ya que completa las reparaciones y servicios que vende el equipo de ventas. Además de producir el trabajo vendido en los vehículos de los clientes, este rol también realiza la tarea vital de inspeccionar los vehículos para encontrar reparaciones y servicios que se necesitan en los vehículos de un cliente.
Responsabilidades y deberes del trabajo:

PRIMARIA:
Completar con precisión los servicios y reparaciones en los vehículos del cliente: Se espera que los técnicos sean expertos en su oficio y se espera que completen los servicios y reparaciones con excelencia, integridad, precisión y cuidado.

Trabajar con el personal de la oficina para cumplir con los objetivos de ventas de la empresa: Se espera que los técnicos inspeccionen cada vehículo y coticen las reparaciones y servicios necesarios para cada cliente. A veces, se les pedirá a los técnicos que trabajen directamente con los clientes para explicar el estado del vehículo.

Purpose & Objective:
The Technician role is a very important role within the company as it completes the repairs and services that the sales team sells. In addition to actually producing the work sold on customer vehicles, this role also performs the vital task of inspecting vehicles to find repairs and services that are needed on a customer’s vehicles.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
PRIMARY:
● Accurately Completing Services and Repairs on Customer’s Vehicles: Technicians are expected to be experts in their craft and are expected to complete services and repairs with excellence, integrity, precision and extreme care.
● Partner with Office Staff to Deliver on Company Sales Goals: Technicians are expected to inspect each vehicle and quote any needed repairs and services to each customer. At times, technicians will be asked to work directly with customers to explain the condition of the vehicle and answer questions the customer may have about their needed services or repairs.

Service Advisor

Reports to: General Manager

Hours: Full-Time​

Purpose & Objective:

The Service Advisor role is very important to the success of our business. The primary job of this position is selling customers the recommended services and repairs made by the technicians based on the customer’s needs, goals, and desires. This role also assists in the administrative and customer service aspects of the business.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Primary:

● Sales: ​Sell repairs and service to customers based on their needs goals and desires, using company guidelines and best practices.

Secondary​:

● Customer Service:​ Assist customers by answering questions and inquiries over the phone, via email and in person.

● Administrative: Create invoices for clients using the company process, help process part orders/returns, dispatch repairs/parts as needed under direction of manager.

● Other tasks: Fill in on tasks as needed to maintain the flow of the shop. Tasks could include moving and parking cars, checking out customers, picking up a part, or any other task that can be safely completed when needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

● Sales Experience: ​Must have at least 1 year experience in any sales role or demonstrate an ability to sell.

● Organizational & Focus Skills:​ Must be able to work and complete work tasks in a timely fashion in an environment that has constant distractions and interruptions.

● Computer Knowledge:​ Must possess a working knowledge of how to use a Windows computer. This includes the ability to type or dictate at least 30 words per minute, operate a cursor, view a computer monitor, operate an email account, and use common office software such as word processing and spreadsheet programs.

● Communication Skills: ​Must be able to communicate in English fluently, both in verbal and in written form. This includes the use of a telephone.

● Math Skills:​ Must possess ability to count. Must know how to perform basic math functions using a calculator.

● Physical Demands:

○ Must be able to get into and out of various vehicles without assistance.

○ Must be able to drive a motor vehicle with passengers.
