This complete vintage HiFi system is a perfect small room setup.

The cool factor starts with the compact, mid-sized Kenwood components from their heyday. Often considered a "giant killer" in the audiophile community for it's warm, analog sound that punches well above its class both in build and performance.

The efficient EPI Model 100 speakers are an excellent match for the Kenwood 40 watt-per-channel integrated amp. The speakers do have some cosmetic issues, but they could be easily restored and they sound fantastic.

This system sounds really great and makes for a really nice, compact, retro HiFi system in a bedroom or den.

* Kenwood KT-5300 Tuner (the system sign says 3500, but it is a 5300 which is the correct matching tuner. The 3500 was an older, tube based tuner)

The Talon Ravon C floorstanding speakers are an efficient 90db two-way speaker design. They are clear, dynamic, and fast, with a huge center stage and really tight bass. The addition of the large, optional Talon spikes also make a significant difference with regard to bass speed and presence.

These are a prime example of a"loudspeaker" in that they will play very loud and clear with a soundstage that is both large and deep. The Accuton ceramic tweeter is smooth as silk and the ten inch woofer is seemless in its bass integration.

We think these speakers are really awesome, and they are an excellent deal compared to their $8,700 retail price with these spikes.

This pair is in excellent condition with a couple of marks and blems in hard to see places.

We are asking $2,299 for the pair.

It would be very hard to find a speaker as good as these anywhere near this price point.
