Ken and I did our first interview to promote our book, Mastering Strongman, earlier this week with my friend Yony Bustos Arce for his “Strong Personalities” YouTube show/podcast.

Ever since I began promoting strongman competitions several years ago, I have always strived to create a well-designed shirt for the event. Fortunately, I have a very talented friend who has done an amazing job for me by creating incredible designs for each contest over the years.

This is the design for the Warpath Strength Pull For Paws partner deadlift competition on Saturday, February 4, 2023. I really think she knocked it out of the park with this one. Thanks, Madge.

This Team deadlift competition will benefit two great, Chicago-area animal rescue organizations: Peace for Pits, Inc. and PAWS Chicago

On the day of the competition, teams of two athletes (two men, two women, one male and one female athlete) will deadlift a custom-built axle bar loaded with truck tires for as many reps as possible in a minute. There will be three bar weights to choose from: 400 #, 800 # or 1,200 #.

Registration is open now on Iron Podium so find a partner and sign up soon. You must register by January 14, 2023, in order to guarantee that you will receive one of these competition t-shirts.
