C.A. Fortune lives by our values. In 2022, we decided that we needed to revamp our values. During this process, we sat down and asked ourselves, what do we believe at C.A. Fortune? We had to dig into what guiding principles enable us to work so well as a team. We started with a big brain dump on a blank Word document, writing down any and all words that stood out to us. Loyalty, honesty, respect, accountability, and trust were just a few. From there, we began to dig into what has helped build our unique boutique organization, and the answer became clear- our People, our Passion, and our Purpose.

Mental health is an incredibly important part of overall health. Here at C.A. Fortune, we advocate and provide resources for those experiencing mental health symptoms. From prioritizing work-life balance with a hybrid work model and parental leave program to an Employee Assistance Program (company paid) that offers free counseling sessions, we ensure our employees mental health is taken care of.
