Yesterday written on the site was a link to a YouTube video (and yes highlight cut and paste you can do) about the dubious ways to win this contest. In all fairness, yes PEOPLE CAN just upload any random pictures of food. Yes, the idea of buying votes is dubious if you don’t know who you are donating to or somehow missed who The James Beard Foundation is. So anyone not familiar with me (or knew me when I was 18 trying to cook on a filthy bus for a bunch of unkempt actors touring prisons with a gas tank precariously on the back of a 1972 international school bus that only theatre gods kep from not turning into a fireball…)
