Hi there! Brooke here! A new chapter is unfolding… and it starts with poetry. 🤍 For as long as I can remember, I’ve turned to poetry to process, to breathe, to feel. It’s been a companion through many seasons of my life, especially my time away at sea for the entirety of my early twenties. So, I’m opening up a new space within Sacred Flow Collective… a book club rooted in connection and reflection. Reading that stays with you after the last page. Whether you’ve been reading poetry for years or you’re just curious, this is for you. No pressure, no cost, just space to come together. Join us for a deeply intentional afternoon as we get ready for the glow of the Pink Full Moon! 💖 This celestial event invites us to release and step into our power with clarity and confidence. This is a two hour experience beginning with guided journaling and a group card pull, followed by a juicy flow. After moving together, we’ll transition into a guided meditation and sound bath to integrate the energy we’re harnessing from the full moon. As part of this ritual, each participant will receive a charged crystal and a tiny jar to create moon water during. We’ll close with final journal reflections, allowing space for conversation and connection.
