On this date in 2023, March 3rd, we set sail on the Good Vibrations cruise and it was one of the great highlights of my career and life! So many cool people and to rub elbows and chat with some heroes of mine, was a dream come true. It’s been a good ride!

After 20 months of jumping off the booze train, I can (still) honestly say this is the most impactful decision I’ve ever made. More present, more productive, more self-aware, more kindness, more capacity, more love for myself and those in my orbit, more creativity, more money, less anxiety, less depression, less avoidance, lower weight, lower blood pressure, zero hangovers, zero regrets except that I wish I would have quit sooner and never started at all.
