Executive Chef Ryan Pfeiffer’s inventive Duck Leg Corn Dog with fermented tomato sauce from the Reserve Menu a few weekends ago. This breed of White Pekin duck comes from a small farm in Louisville where the ducks are only raised three months of the year; when the weather is right for them to have a happy and comfortable life.

The reasoning behind this exciting transition is that we would like to allow the kitchen to be more thoughtful and intimate in the way they go about sourcing - allowing for a more exhilarating menu experience for you.
Our Chef, Ryan Pfeiffer, believes this shift in service will allow his team to focus on the integrity of the food and guest experience; reigniting what was always so special about Blackbird. -A la carte items will be available daily-
