Takeout Tuesday: Hotpot Edition! 🍲🥢

Hotpot for takeout? I know what you’re thinking, but the noodle craving was real! And we were curious to try Back street Bbq&hotpot to see how it works to-go.

We went with the Hot and Spicy broth and a Thai Milk Tea. We loved how they pack the ingredients separate from the broth so nothing gets soggy. Super clever! 💡

The Good: Huge portions! The marinated beef was delicious, and the shrimp, quail eggs, and noodles were all great.

Could Use Some Improvement: The chicken was a bit chewy and the broth tasted a little watered down. We wish it had more flavor!

Overall, it was a solid meal with plenty of food. If that broth was more flavorful, it would’ve been perfect!

🤤Flavour: great, fluffy, soaked in coffee a good amount (not too much), I think the cream was a bit thicker when we got it but later on once it chilled a bit, it tasted better and smoother.
