A look at Lincoln Park's new ‘Norweta Row’ development Originally envisioned as 105 units, the project replacing the shuttered Tag Furnishings outlet at Wrightwood and Hermitage was later scaled back to 90 and finally 76 dwellings before passing the Chicago Plan Commission in May of this year.
