Thank you to everyone who joined us on Friday for our first WIEP Community Care and Connection!! You all truly brought our new lounge space to life. It was amazing to see everyone come together to create, connect, and enjoy a well-deserved break.

From coaster painting 🎨 to great conversations and good energy all around, this is exactly the kind of community we hope to keep building in this space.

Join and as we celebrate International Women’s Day 2026 with an evening full of connection, community, and creativity! We’re honoring the women who boldly Make It Happen every single day and reminding ourselves that when we pour into others, we grow too!

Plus, we’ll be folding something special together during a hands on origami activity because sometimes the smallest folds create the strongest structures! 🫶

Today’s Engineering Confidence Workshop was full of energy, laughter, and real connection! Students jumped into activities, tried something new, and practiced confidence together💪⚡️

Confidence isn’t about being the loudest or having the “right” answer. It’s about trusting yourself, responding in the moment, and giving yourself permission to keep going, and our students did exactly that today!

Plus, everyone took home a little WIEP companion 🧸✨ because confidence is something you carry with you.

This weekend marked a milestone we will never forget!! We are beyond proud of each of you and everything it took to earn your degree. You are engineers, innovators, and true trailblazers.

To every graduate who crossed the stage this fall, your success is celebrated!! Every achievement matters and this moment belongs to all of you. This is only the beginning and your futures are so bright!!
