Moon Rabbit is looking for a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Assistant to be the welcoming face of our space.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors ✨ Keeping our front-of-house running smoothly by managing check-ins/outs and billing, coordinating schedules, supporting practitioners, maintaining treatment rooms and retail, and helping create a calm, seamless experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
🌿 Looking for someone available at least three of the following days from 2-8pm in West Loop: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Fridays!
