Advanced level members of our tournament team were invited to train with kata Olympians Grace Lau and Ariel Torres at a kata camp hosted by Fonseca Martial Arts. After a session of hard work and sweat, we came home inspired and eager to share these world-class lessons with the rest of the dojo.
