As the weather gets colder, countless tenants accross Chicago struggle to gain adequate heating in their home, putting their health and safety in danger. To fight this, Chicago Tenants Movement is handing out thermometers to tenants who believe their landlord has shut off the heat or lowered it below the legal minimum!(68 degrees during the day 66 at night)
