Do you live in a high-rise, a building with more than 100 units or a building operated for seniors? If so, your building must provide at least one freely available air-conditioned common space when temperatures hit or exceed 80°F.

If your building is subject to these requirements but fails to meet them, call 311 to report non-compliance. If you need help, call our tenants' rights hotline at 773-292-4988.
