To be at least 100 years old
Feeling great
And still being bold
I’m grateful to make it to 37 today
Healthy and happy, wouldn’t have it any other way
I’m looking forward to more life

I been gone for a minute
Lost some weight, lost my hair
Damn near lost my mind
But it all came back, with time
I had a healing circle, always around
Prayer teams, holding me down
Feet planted on the ground
Firmly
I knew I’d make it through
Couldn’t wait to feel brand new
I made progress through the process
And today, I feel so blessed
I’m no nonsense
When it comes to staying positive and Bossin’ up
There’s no contest
I got fight in me
Light in me
Even though tears came down regularly
I did my best to keep shining
Minding my own
Pushing through, no whining
And I made it
And I thank each and everyone one of you
Who are there for me
Then and now
Y’all held me down
To truly thank you
I don’t know how
But I’ll spend my life making it up to y’all
