An evening that moves through the seasons, each one defined by the ingredients at their best. One Off Hospitality brings together a collective of chefs for a night shaped by seasonality - each moment reflecting what’s freshest, most vibrant, and true to its time. ✨
A live floral installation by Taxaflora unfolds in real time, with guests contributing to a piece that evolves throughout the evening. 🌷
Featuring chefs Gabe Ausraite, Greg Wade, Perry Hendrix, Paul Kahan, and Sommelier Claire McDonal.
