Pontarelli Associates is a full-service independent real estate brokerage agency founded by Ross A. Pontarelli, father of the managing broker/president John J. Pontarelli, in 1972, as Pontarelli Realty Company. Ross continues to be an active broker with Pontarelli Associates today. John Pontarelli began his real estate career in 1982, listing and selling residential, multi-family and mixed-use, and eventually transitioned to commercial/investment properties and 1031 Exchanges in 1990. John continues to operate Pontarelli Associates throughout the greater Chicagoland area.
