Lately I've been thinking about how insight lands differently when the body feels steady.

While Acupuncture is wonderful for physical and mental regulation, there are moments when it's helpful to have tools more focused on guidance to reveal deeper insights. For me, tarot has always been one of them.

In my practice, tarot isn't about predicting fixed futures. It's a reflective conversation. A way to slow down and notice patterns that may already be present.

Acupuncture supports regulation through the body. Tarot supports clarity through contemplation. Sometimes one is enough, sometimes they work beautifully in unison. Regardless, both are elegant tools for preventative care and self-regulation.
