Laura Jones Macknin has been named the Best Stage Actor in the Chicago Reader's Best of Chicago 2025 poll after recently appearing as Erzsébet Báthory in last fall's production of THE BLOOD COUNTESS! We're immensely proud of Laura, who adds this accolade to an already incredibly storied career, both at Idle Muse and throughout the Chicago theatre community--and we're beyond excited to see that Chicago agrees!
