“What should we do then?” the crowd asked.

John answered, “Anyone who has two shirts should share with the one who has none, and anyone who has food should do the same.”

As the Ebola crisis continues to unfold in DR Congo, communities around Goma and Bukavu are facing another layer of crisis alongside ongoing instability, displacement, and limited humanitarian support.

Covenant World Relief & Development is working closely with trusted local partner AGIR-RDC as they prepare community awareness campaigns, prevention training, hygiene and protective supply distribution, and public health education to help vulnerable communities respond to the outbreak.

Please pray for healing for those who are sick, comfort for grieving families, protection for healthcare workers and church leaders, and wisdom for frontline responders.

Give today to support trusted local partners providing prevention resources, practical care, and hope to communities facing crisis in DR Congo.

🌱 In Rahbe, Lebanon, sustainable agriculture helps communities build resilience, strengthen food security, and create new opportunities for the future.

Through our partner, Middle East Revive and Thrive (MERATH), vulnerable Lebanese and Syrian families are receiving fresh produce while local farming initiatives create jobs, support livelihoods, and strengthen the local economy. From vegetable cultivation to dairy production, this project is combining practical support with long-term sustainability and community care. 🐄🥬
