We’re still early in our first market season, but Trilo Coffee has already taught us a lot.

We’ve learned that people love trying new flavors. The latte flights have shown us that customers are excited to explore, not just order the same thing every time.

We’ve learned that speed matters — but quality matters more. Every event is helping us improve our workflow, our setup, and the way we serve each drink.

We’ve learned that equipment capacity is real. Busy markets test everything: steam pressure, backup plans, storage, timing, and teamwork.

Most importantly, we’ve learned that community is everything.

Every person who stops by, gives feedback, shares a post, leaves a review, brings a friend, or comes back again is helping us shape what Trilo is becoming.

We’re learning, adjusting, and getting better every week.
