Take control of your health through food! Join us at The Firehouse Community Arts Center on Saturday, May 16th, for our Healthy Nutrition Workshop. Co-hosted with Nutrient Innovation, this workshop brings together nutrient education, community engagement, and practical application.
In many communities, access to healthy food is limited.
But access alone isn’t enough.
People also need the knowledge to make healthier choices with the options available to them.
At Good Food Catalyst, we’re addressing the social determinants of health by combining nutrition education with real-world application.
Through hands-on grocery tours, participants learn how to plan meals, shop intentionally, and take action immediately.
