Week 4 is in the books! 🏘️

This week was a big one!! Together, as a class, we officially purchased two lots and are getting ready to build TWO brand new single-family homes from the ground up.

It’s exciting to see our coursework transition into real-world application as we move forward with planning, development, and ex*****on. Looking forward to the next phases of this project and everything we’ll continue to learn along the way.
